After Dr Zambry sworn in as BN’s MB there are 2 MB in Perak, the other being from PR. This crisis will continue to wrac havoc in Perak for some time to come if there is nothing to address the impass.
Early in the morning MB Nizar clocked in his office -only to be escourted out by the police. It is not sure where the police got their order from. Nizar reportedly complained that his belongings had been `robbed’.
Thousands of protestors gathered outside a mosque about 1km away from the Kangsar Palace where the BN MB will be sworn in at 3.00pm. Some trierd to block traffic from going to the Palace by lying on the road. FRU moved in to clear the crowd-and fired tear gas into the mosque where the protestors withdrew into.10 protestors reportedly were arrested in the standoff.
Nizar announced boycott of the swearing in ceremony on account that his government is still legal. PR Speaker and Nizar had written in to request audience with the Perak Sultan. Karpal Singh reportedly said PR will sued the Sultan and BN if they get a BN MB sworn in in the afternoon.
