According to an analysis on Manek Urai’s electoral analysis:
* Most of the voters in Kelantan(Manek Urai) (94.2%) do not have NoRumah / house number registered.
* As a result, many are lumped into a locaility (“street” or “kampong” address, ~ Kodlokaliti)
* There is an address with 1,179 voters and another with 1,032 voters lumped together
More observations:
SPR appears to have perfected a skill of making changes look like no changes?
There was 261 deletion and 262 addition
So the whole eroll only changed by +1
Looks like little has changed, but in fact it hides 563 additions and deletions
The same pattern of small net change hiding bigger underlying changes
has occurred in other by-election rolls
Perhaps just beautiful coincidences.
